H&M dresses don't count as street fashion. Mainstream pieces like that are for when u wanna go out with your drunk girlfriends and don't mind a vodka cranberry or lemonade wrecking your 12.90 dress that can be seen doused in vodka drinks in bars throughout the world. This dress may have been purchased at the mall of America perhaps??? (Plus this dress came out last season. Eeek.)
