Voltage
Where am I? Somewhere where people wear bright colors, prints, and turbans? Yes, still in Minnesota. But that's Voltage for you. For those of you who don't know, Voltage is a yearly fashion/rock show. It pairs local designer runway shows with local bands. It's a huge production, and it sells out the famed First Avenue nightclub every year.

Its a lovely outfit - but its a weird thing how often fascination with vintage/thrifted clothing pieces is being called fashion.
