The vintage dress is from Via's. I'm really loving navy this spring as it's a great alternative to neutrals that may appear too harsh for this season. Be sure to click on the image and zoom into her feet (she has a polka dot pedicure that matches the outfit marvelously).
Note the suspenders. They are braided and built into the skirt.

The girl in the first shot looks absolutely gorgeous! She's wearing almost entirely vintage without appearing costume-y, just fresh and lovely!
