Needs to adjust the rise on his pants (why is it so high on the sides and low in the front?), tighten the pinroll on his jeans and move the hemline down a bit. And I personally hate the belt's color, but oh well.
Otherwise, all good. Hair, fit of the shirt and jeans, and especially shoe choice.
